When things go wrong in the subdivision, such as gates not closing, sprinklers malfunctioning, etc., it is our responsiblity as homeowners to report these things. Please contact the board members, first, before calling the people at Asset Property Management. Due to their hours, those in the Continental Homes sales office in Helotes Crossing are often unaware of problems, so do not assume they have taken care of things. It really isn't their responsiblity. It is ours. Keep these numbers handy just in case you spot something that needs to be reported.
